We accept full-time seasonal and full-time year-round guide applications between November 1st and January 31 of each year. Most new full-time seasonal and full-time year-round guides participate in a 3-week guide training period, which usually takes place in early May. Click here for more information. Occasionally, we have open positions in the Desert Southwest for rock climbing guides and in the Northwest for AIARE Avalanche Instructors. The Satellite Program Coordinator directly manages and oversees all programs taking place in California, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, and South America. Some of the duties included in this position are guide and program scheduling, client communication, overseeing daily operations in various program areas, and supporting continual growth and development of all programs. This position is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic individual who is interested in the outdoors and working with people. The duties of this job include a full range of typical office operations with the ability to expand the position and take on more responsibilities at the company.
