We received the following report from Jason Martin this afternoon after his team had returned to Huaraz:

"We're all back in Huaraz. Last night we had a feast in base camp. Those chickens were excellent!

After dinner everyone was excited to get some restful sleep. The last few nights, we've all been jammed into tents with more people than we were used to. It was very nice to get a huge rest after a huge day.

This morning we packed up base camp and returned to Huaraz where we met the Artesonraju team. It was good to reunite with our other half.

Tomorrow is our last day, and we're looking forward to a traditional Peruvian feast at our outfitter's house. I'm sure it will be delicious!

Andrew now heads back to La Paz to lead the last Bolivia program of the season. That's all from Peru. Most of us will be home soon."
